How are the paving slabs delivered?

Our slabs are delivered on pallets via a heavy-goods vehicle. We use a tail-lift and manual pallet truck to drop the goods at the nearest kerbside or on a flat, hard-standing surface. Please ensure your delivery area is free from obstructions.

Do I need to order extra slabs for breakage and cutting?

Yes, we recommend ordering an additional 10% on top of your precise measurements. This covers any natural variations in the stone, waste during the cutting process, and potential breakages that may occur during transit or installation.

Are the colors of the natural stone slabs identical to the photos?

Natural stone is unique, meaning variations in color, texture, and veining are expected. While our photos are highly representative, your slabs may vary slightly in tone, which is a hallmark of authentic high-quality paving.

What is your return policy for unused slabs?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the slabs are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return haulage costs, which will be deducted from the final refund.

Can I install these paving slabs myself?

While DIY installation is possible, we strongly recommend hiring a professional landscaper. Proper sub-base preparation and correct mortar mixing are essential to ensure the longevity of your patio and to prevent cracking or shifting.

How do I maintain and clean my new patio?

Regular sweeping and occasional washing with soapy water are usually sufficient. For natural stone, avoid using acidic cleaners or high-pressure washers at close range, as these can damage the surface and the pointing between the slabs.
