At Paving Slabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor transformation. If your paving materials are not quite right, you can return unused, full-pack items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure that your paving slabs are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been installed or treated with sealants.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the pallets to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will schedule a specialized heavy-goods courier to collect the stone from your property at a pre-arranged time.
Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned slabs for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable haulage fees.
